Are you at fault for calling a sex worker or being a past client of a person who happens to get arrested?
Do cops get to the client using telephone numbers that gets recorded on the pros's cell phone.
Do cops have a way to get access to recorded converstaions and can a client be charged just because he called a pros and even though cops dont have proof of his visit there.

Not sure what you are asking. If a recording of a conversation exists, then it is possible that some cop will be able to listent to the recording. If you are asking if some specific police department is going to use their resources to seek out the customers of a prostitute, ask that department. No department has unlimited manpower and resources. As to being charged, anyone can be accused of anything. If you want to know if the evidence is sufficient to allow a conviction for some specific crime, you would have to know that specific crime in that state or country, as well as know all the evidence that the cops have.
