Sex with a Friend!?!?!- Advice please!?

3 Months ago I slept with a guy who since has gone on to become a very close friend of mine- both of us would quite like to do it again but are very worried if we did it would now come in the way of our friendship- to make it worse my best female friend happens to be obsessed by this guy- but the romantic feelings aren't reciprocated he see her as his little sister- I don't want to risk ruining my friendship with either of them but still the urge to sleep with him is still there ( i don't in any way want a relationship with him beyond friendship and sex) Any advice on what i should do?

She knows that we slept together that once- but writes it off as me not knowing quite how she felt about him / we were both drunk.

And It is just sex - plain and simple!
