Question by JoshCube: Started a secret sex club in college. College wants to suspend us.?

I'm 23 and in college, I started a secret sex club with a guy and girl. The club started out called "Spice" and the description was for friends to get together. Our club got really huge after a while but what had happened is that some people did an investigation on us and found out our main target was a sex club. The school has shut down the club and now they want to suspend the members from the school.

Is there anyway I can fight this? Seriously, who cares on what we do behind the scenes? The description for the club was just as it said, I don't think it matters on whats going on otherwise because the same thing could happen with any club. Jesus.....

I am definitely not a lawyer, but it might be that it's going to come down to the question of whether you used school property to plan or carry out any of these said meetings.

Obviously everyone's above the age of consent, and obviously the club wasn't school organized or sanctioned. Maybe they're just jealous because they're not getting any - it sure sounds like they need to!
